1 Scope & Applicability

Welcome to Jetabaji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Jetabaji platform and its associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jetabaji and the user. If any part of these Terms is unacceptable to you, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform.

2 Account Register

A valid account is required to access betting on Jetabaji. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:

• Only one account may be registered per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be blocked.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Jetabaji reserves the right to close any account where false information has been submitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be used in another person's name or on another person's behalf.
• Any documents requested for verification (KYC) must be submitted in a timely manner.

3 Age Verification

Jetabaji's services are for individuals aged 18 and above only. Minors (under 18) are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.

Your date of birth must be entered accurately at registration. Opening an account with a false age is a serious violation and may result in the account and its balance being forfeited.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on Jetabaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, though a cash-out option may be available in some cases.
• Jetabaji reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. Due to network delays, bets may be accepted at updated odds.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by the platform and are subject to change.

5 Payments & Payouts

Rules governing deposits and withdrawals on Jetabaji:

• Before making a deposit, ensure your payment method is registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and will be displayed accordingly.
• Payouts may be temporarily delayed due to technical issues or security reviews.
• No interest is paid on deposited funds.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Jetabaji offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Specific terms apply to each bonus:

• Each bonus comes with rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus can be made.
• Bonuses may only be used in eligible betting markets. Certain markets may be excluded from bonus betting.
• Having another bonus active while trying to claim a new one may cause conflicts.
• Jetabaji reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any system errors or abuse related to bonus offers are detected.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must make an actual deposit and place bets.
• Any unused bonuses will be removed after the bonus offer expires.

7 Responsible Gaming

Jetabaji takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• If needed, you can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily or permanently block yourself from the platform.
• If your betting is getting out of control, please reach out to our support team.
• If Jetabaji detects signs of potentially addictive behaviour, it may proactively apply account limits or a temporary suspension.

8 Security & Privacy

Jetabaji is committed to protecting your personal information. Data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities as required.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jetabaji:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploiting loopholes in the bonus system
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or fraud
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs
• Using automated software or bots
• Harassing or defrauding other users

10 Account Closure

An account may be closed either by the user or by Jetabaji:

• At the user's request: You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure.
• An initiative by Jetabaji: Jetabaji may close an account due to a breach of terms, detected fraud, or security concerns.
• An administrative fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

11 Amendment Policy

Jetabaji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
